Sacrificing her CHILD on an alter of lies. Without the grace of Christ, she’s on a path of leaving a BIG carbon footprint.

Wouldn't it be something if the poor kid who was never given a chance at life was actually destined to be the one to discover a super-efficient source of free energy?

I know...cliche. But still...

We have here a great rarity: a candidate for a Darwin Award to be awarded non-posthumously. Recall that the criterion for the award is not death, but the selfless gesture of a nitwit removing him- or herself from the human gene pool.

Interesting factoid:

If you took every single living person on the ENTIRE planet - all 6.6 billion of us - and put us in a city with density as high as New York (not just Manhattan, but the Bronx, Brooklyn, etc) we’d all fit on the land area of Texas.

The water flow out of the Columbia river between Washington and Oregon could supply each and every person with 26 gallons of fresh water every day.

All the existing farmland in the US - only farmland, not parks, cities, forests - outside of Texas, and including the farmland of Alberta could supply the nutritional needs of all those people.

Meaning we would not need a single acre of forest or park converted anywhere, or to have any person, resource, or harvest anywhere on any other continent, the rest of Canada, Alaska, Central America, or any of the oceans or islands.

To think we’re overcrowded is insane; we have distribution problems, and that is a political - not resource - issue.

"future Democrats and Leftists will continue to abort their potential replacements."

While nothing good can be said for abortion, one of the better things about it is that most of the victims are likely liberals.

A British woman who had an abortion 10 years ago and was later sterilized did so because she believes pregnancy is bad for the environment

Excellent, she gets her 15 minutes of fame; we get some more stupid genes out of the pool.

George W. Bush heard that and he's trying to prove it! Doing one hell of a job, too!

Thanks for posting this. I saw this and was disgusted. The misanthropic nature of the left grows more and more rotten as the ignorant childish ideas of the self important human loathing left mature in full ugliness in the name of saving a world for what, butterflies?

There is only one way to describe people like this. They are fools. The horrible fact is so many young people are seduced by such simpleton fictions. The world will not be saved through conservation and walling humanity off from a universe filled with an infinity of riches and resources. The navel gazing of the left plots salvation through suicide or a slow death holding pattern for humanity.

Better the world end at our hands than to have humanity end because it quit reproducing or even worse have all humanity thrown back into the darkness before civilization because the most capable and most intelligent quit reproducing while allowing the least among us to fill the world not hindered by silly notions about CO2 emissions. There are far greater threats to the existence of organic life on this planet than anything we can do and halting progress will guarantee that one day life and most certainly humanity will be blotted out from existence by a rock from the sky or a blast of gamma rays from a star gone supernova.

Maybe that does not matter to these empty headed hateful individuals who find inner peace in the death of their unborn children. It makes one wonder why they care at all about the future. They and all that they are will enter oblivion. They represent a genetic dead end.

Land in a over populated world was never a problem.
If science could someday convert the desert land in the west part of the USA or in other parts of the world would be a great benifits for us and would support all of us.
Another problem is jobs and economics.
Your right , the problem is logistics, and ? some ( not all ) of our natural resources need to be conserved or look for new supplies. i.e. oil.

Self-Imolation would have done even a better job of saving the planet, and humanity.

"A British woman who had an abortion 10 years ago and was later sterilized did so because she believes pregnancy is bad for the environment, the London Daily Mail reported Sunday. Toni Vernelli, 35, hopes her actions would ensure her carbon footprint would be kept to a minimum, the Mail reported."

This woman is our enemy.

Huh? Human life is bad for the planet?

Yes of course, hadn't you heard? Especially conservative human life! 8-0

Lord, come quickly! Save us from... ourselves! not our pollution but our completely depraved sinfulness!

Talk about selfish. If she were really serious, she would "abort" herself.

Now that's GREAT LOGIC! I'm wishing I'd thought of that.

Personally, I’m 100% in her corner. We don’t need her to add more warped, wacko leftists to this world. The more abortions and hysterectomies that Democrats and other anti-American leftists have the better! That will mean FEWER of them!

;)

I once saw an editorial cartoon that showed a hut with a sign that read "Abortion Clinic" and a conversation balloon coming out of it which read:

"You already have more children than you can afford, your husband is an abusive drunkard, and we know that this baby will eventually go deaf. I highly recommend an abortion, Mrs. Beethoven."
