The carbon stuff aside, that guy is freeking nuts. NYC can't even handle its own garbage or prevent raw sewage from entering the Hudson during hard rains. He should concentrate on that sort of thing first.

The amazing thing is...no one is building power stations at all. The only nuclear plant applications currently in the system....are for TVA in Bama...which the plan will be to build two new ones within seven years.
I can see a point within five years where huge electrical problems exist....and governors are fired because of their incompetence...and some mad rush starts up to build coal-plants at any cost.
