What’s weird (and more than a bit infuriating) ... is that FNC and Rush Limbaugh both, seem to be participating as well.

Willingly.

You bring up some interesting points. I'm curious as well. Could it be that their competency scares the media into pulling their distortion stunts?

Hunter and Thompson are the only two viable candidates in this race, IMHO.

All I can come up with is the rats are gonna draft Gore and we’re gonna draft someone else, too.

Those who have ‘need to know’ know. Those who don’t know don’t have ‘need to know’.

Hunter's campaign was toast from the start.

Fred Thompson is second nationally in the polls, but a recent poll showed him tied with Romney in South Carolina.

The problem is that Iowa and New Hampshire are before South Carolina.

Is There A Secret Plan We’re Not Supposed to Know About?

You mean like John Kerry's plan he kept talking about in 2004 but we never found out what it was?

Did he ever tell anyone was his plan was?

If not, now that's a secret plan.

Remember, at this point in the race in 1991, Clinton was a complete unknown.

My Crystal Ball says: The Clintons, the Media, the U.N. and the Gore Movement (bowel?) are conspiring for centralized world power, using Global Warming. It also says Bush and the Neo-Conservatives are conspiring for centralized world power using the War on Terror.

Clue us in: How is Duncan Hunter being sabotaged by anyone? How is a candidate sabotaged by anyone else if the candidate has a not-ready-for-prime-time campaign organization?

One talk radio station here in town features local guys, then Rush, then Medved, then Savage.

The first guys fawn over Mitt & Rudy, Rush is coy & non-committal, Medved seems to favor Mitt, and I can’t figure out who Savage likes (I guess because he acts like he hates everybody!).

I appear to be out of step with the official program. So what else is new?!

Neither of these men will kiss the golden ring of the media.
BO (appropriate initials if you ask me) was complaining about the lack of Thompsons appearances on Fox today.
Both of them take it directly to the people. The MSM and I now include Fox in that disparaging bunch...get their wittle egos bent out of shape because neither are begging to be allowed airtime on their shows. They in turn have nothing good to say about either candidate.

Rush doesn’t have time for much politics, he needs to report on so many important studies and stories from other countries.

Medved has called for Hunter to get out of the race, he likes Rudy, Huckster, Mitt and even McLame.

Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter are the only candidates suitable for the oval office...

I must agree with what you posted. No arguments from me on that issue.

However, the time when we elected the most qualified for public office, is long gone.

One on your preferences while a very decent guy looks angry most of the time and lacks charisma, the other one doesn’t want it as much as you do and is running a hor$e$hit campaign. That’s it in a nutshell.

The boycott exists across the board.

For Dr. Alan Keyes, the "black out" is almost total. And I mean that quite literally.

Between the Rove hacks, the political directors at the networks, and the self-appointed gatekeepers of the conservative movement, (who are now mostly supporting liberals) the choices are being narrowed down to only those who are to the Left of Bush, most radically so.
