One does not have to be a smoker to argue against this position of Huckabee's. It is an affront to anyone who believes in private property rights.

Agreed! Smoking rights may seem like an insignificant issue, but they are quite revealing in this case. I’m interested in Huckabee’s justifications for perverting the US Constitution and ignoring private property rights. Actually, I don’t need to know. Anyone who thinks like that, even if they mean well, is an enemy of freedom.
