Have you got everything ready for tomorrow?
I think Nana is just about done. I helped her clean out the bird, and put it in the fridge. She’s chopped bell pepper and onion for the stuffing, and the yams have been prepped. I’ll probably peel potatoes in the morning...and she’ll put together dough for dinner rolls.
Oops, forgot...that’s why she’s still at it...she’s putting together the cheese and butter to make scalloped corn. That’ll go in the oven with the bird in the morning.
