Sorry - I have a bad habit of making obscure metaphysical jokes while having tongue planted firmly in cheek.
The concept, rather than being an attempt to describe the ineffable in human terms, is simply that ALL physical “laws” that we make up to explain our perception of time and space are null and void when it comes to describing the “actions” of a transcendent God.
God, and by inference heaven (direct communion with God), cannot exist in time or space (as we know and describe them) but rather exist only in the Non-Locality of Now.
We are fractal, bearing characteristics of the Creator (made in His image) but at the same time being distinct and apart from Him. We are holographic projections of conscious thought, imperfectly perceiving ourselves as occupying four dimensions (or two to three “heavens” if you wish) but in fact being residents of hyperdimensional reality.
If that doesn’t make sense, then just remember that “Mea navicula pedens anguillarum plena est.”
