Is it against the law to "not obey" a cop?

The cop was totally professional. The guy refused to sign the ticket, so he was subject to arrest. The idiot resisted arrest. I have absolutely no problem with tazering an idiot like that and hauling him off to jail. The other choice was to tackle him and risk an injury to himself.

Thank you , I am fighting a battle with a bunch of hormone-crazed, uneducated pissants, who get overexcited by the media craze on these taserings, and though some of it is justified, it has hampered their ability to see through the haze and find the truth.

It’s easier to say one bad cop, all bad cops.
