In addition to her lack of experience, she seems to have an incredibly (literally) hard time of remembering events, even those in the relatively recent past. I think there is a catalog of the number of times she “could not recall” events, much less details of events, in a number of sessions of sworn testimony. Apparently, even after the testimony her memory could not be “refreshed” and amendments made to her testimony. Can we really entrust a position of power to someone who may not be able to recall whether she had spoken to a particular person about a particular subject, or whether a certain person had been hired for an important post in the White House (Livingstone)?

She may or may not have the requisite experience (she doesn’t, but assume she does for the moment), but if she cannot recall past events, of what value is that experience to her, and the country, in the present?
