Right now, almost all states have laws on the books banning most types of abortions. Roe v Wade has made those anti-abortion laws null and void. Get rid of RvW and the states can restart their individual abortion laws.

Its all about the Constitution and federalism.

RTL officially endorsed the now incarcerated George Ryan over pro-life Democrat Glenn Poshard in 2002.
