Does not sound illegal to me???? You forgot that the presumption of illegality is a requirement for those who apparently unable to think of nothing else. Fanaticism of any kind does not care about people as much as it cares about labels.

Looks like they cut into the vehicle.
Stacy is a man who has showed tendencies towards violence. I hope that this tragedy doesn’t push him to a bad place. He still has one child fighting for her own life and will need him to be a bigger man than he has ever shown to date.

How very tragic. Prayers for the Stacy family. This brings the song, “It is well with my soul” to mind.
I vaguely recall I had a class or two with Mr. Stacy at Bama. I am stunned by this news.
