I usually end up with mine in a pan of water trying to hurry it along.

I have to work late the night before Thanksgiving, and I don’t wanna have to mess with defrosting it.

Ordered my fresh bird last week from a local farm. Doesn’t have to hit my fridge til Wed! WooHoo!:)
