I always liked to do as much as possible in advance.
Makes Turkey day move so much smoother.

Milligan was something of a skirt chaser, so it was with some surprise that he saw one of the British tabloids accuse him of being "a dirty Irish poof". ("Poof" is British slang for homosexual.
Milligan sued the paper for calling him -- "Irish".

Yes! I did as a matter of fact! LOL
However there are 8 count them 8 light bulbs in my bathroom which generate so much heat I unscrew all but 3.
It always looks like I have burnt out bulbs! :)

The only way to make it any smoother then is to get invited to someone else’s home!
It seems like we always host turkey day. Nana pretty much lives to cook for others.
Speaking of preparation - I need to take the bird out of the freezer here in a few minutes. Wonder how long it will take to defrost a 25 pound bird?

Lol.
Spike was born in Sligo India were his father served in the army. Britain would not allow him into the country since he didnt have a passport.
Ireland took him and he became an Irish citizen.
He poked fun at Ireland all his life but he adored them.

My cousin wrote for Bob Hope for decades, and on occasional visits to L.A. I would answer the phone at his house and find myself talking to Hope. I was always professional with him, taking his messages for my cousin.
When my cousin's oldest daughter got married in 1987, Hope was invited to the wedding. His eyesight was failing, so he probably never got a good look at me. But he and Delores were there.

To: AZamericonnie
