Yesterday Albanian Muslims held elections, and out of all listed voters- only 40% showed up!
Most possibly number of Albanians were grosly exaturated.
Possibly. A few months back, there was a big flap about Albanians who had died still being on the voter rolls -- Ibrahim Rugova who died in January 2006, was still on the "registered voters" list!
