PHILADELPHIA -- This may be the last free Thanksgiving dinner for the Boy Scouts of Philadelphia.
Citing a local 1982 "fair practices" law, the city solicitor has given the Scouts until Dec. 3 to renounce its policy of excluding homosexuals or forfeit the grand, Beaux-Arts building it has rented from the city for $1 a year since 1928.
"While we respect the right of the Boy Scouts to prohibit participation in its activities by homosexuals," the solicitor, Romulo Diaz, said last week in an interview, "we will not subsidize that discrimination by passing on the costs to the people of Philadelphia."

They should move the building off the property they’ve been renting. And should that be too cost prohibitive, demolish the building out of spite. No surrender to a political witchhunt.

Well, it certainly is no surprise that Philadelphia wants to force the Boy Scouts to let homosexual scout leaders take little boys off into the woods. My consternation is with the Boy Scouts - - why on earth would an organization with strong American traditions, values, and standards want to be anywhere near a place like Philadelphia?

So liberals pretended to be aghast at all the priest scandals but they want to force the Boy Scouts to have homosexual leaders taking millions of boys aged 11 - 17 off in the woods for campouts, etc. OH, YEAH, liberals really “care about the children”...... this is just the latest pc-insanity from the depraved and deranged left.
It always seems funny that the tree huggers can buy ships and the ACLU never seems to run out of money, but real Americans seem to be getting poorer. Just think if Buffet and Gates were conservatives along with the Google boys. They could set up private schools, fund the boy scouts and the ACLJ in perpetuity and never miss a house payment. How about that Mark Cuban? Ain't he a red blooded Amerikan? Between Oprah and Hollywood and Silicon Valley, we don't stand a chance. They have literally bought America.

All I want to say about this booting out of the scouts from their building is that recently here in Boston the city gave a MASSIVE break to a mosque that was built, the biggest in the Northeast. I'll just leave it to you to compare that with the effort to hurt the boy scouts and draw the logical conclusion.

If there's been no abuse, why are people saying they don't want scout leaders taking boys into the woods to molest them?
Are there any reports of gay scout leaders dispensing their agenda to the scouts?
