What Ron Paul advocates is a return to a Fortress America mentality and his approach to foreign policy would be even worse than that of Jimmy Carter.
As for Duncan Hunter, before you sling that 'internationalist' label around, Hunter has been front and center for calling so-called 'free trade' with the ChiComs for what it is, UNfair trade which has cost Americans jobs and put our national security at risk.
Most Texans understood the difference, which is why Hunter trounced Ron Paul in his own backyard.
