What appears to be a blessing for the atmospheric greenhouse effect may prove to be a curse for deep ocean ecosystems.

Whatever they find, it's always the harbinger of an ecological disaster.

What is truly a shame is how many of these so-called experts focus only on their narrow specialty, and thus are bitten again and again by the law of unintended consequences (examine the history of the us forest service, and ecological groups and Yellowstone National Park for an example.)
