I thought there was a writer’s strike. CNN a scab organization?
To: coffee260
The questions were stupider than the answers. As a debate, on the scale of 0 - 10, it was 0. A waste.

I think there was a debate inside CNN that it needed to appear that they had “heavyweight” questioners which screams to put Candy Crowley on the panel. In the end it looked like they compromised and Campbell Brown put on ten pounds or so.

The game show Twenty-One had a scandal in the 1950s because they were giving some of the contestants the questions prior to broadcast.
A network that gives the questions to a candidate or party prior to a debate is rigging the debate.
A rigged debate is a rigged election.

Ill repeat this again for people who dont know. This is the SAME trick they pull in the 1990s that GAVE US boxers or briefs.
The girl who asked the B or B question was the daughter of a journalist. Shed already been vetted by the Clinton campaign. I think that the forum was Viacom-MTV and that her mom worked for Viacom-CBS News.
At any rate, she and her mother discussed important questions and settled on one about the legalization of recreational drugs. The Clinton campaign nixed that and had her ask something light, ergo the Boxer or Briefs question.
Same crap, different day.

The media has BEEN in collusion with the DNC on “news stories” and “October suprises” for years now.
This goes BEYOND “media bias” where a journalist on his or her own biased a report, this is media organizations knowingly directely reporting UNDERNEATH one half of our American Government (the Democrats).
It is as if Pravda was an independent corporation but still was run by The Communist Party leadership to the exclusion of all other counter-political parties.
We don’t have a “state run” media but we do have a DNC-Rat-infested MACHINE run media.
Look back to Foleygate. The media knew of the communcations at least back to the Spring. The Democrats knew even longer. They held more information in their hands (because of the Democrat aide who was baiting Mark Foley) than the GOP yet in the Fall they said “How horrible that the Republicans ‘knew and did nothing’”. Eventually the truth came out that he didn’t lay a hand on any minors or even any aides while they were in the program. There is an ick factor but during that whole debacle a Democrat who HAD molested boys died and was CHAMPIONED as a gay rights pioneer. It was all a media-DNC coordinated attack to turn off the GOP base over “loose morals” and “a culture of corruption” that is no more evident among Republicans than it is among Democrats but the DNC run media LIES to the voting public.

Here's what you're looking for. It slipped my mind.
(...)
CNN rolled out a Catherine Jackson to ask a question about Iran given that her son served three tours in Iraq.
Now when have I heard that before? How about in May. Thank you Harry Reid.
"My son was in Iraq three times," said Catherine Jackson of Las Vegas. "I thank God he's home now. Enough is enough. We need to bring our troops home." Reid spokesman Jon Summers said Move America Forward was mischaracterizing Reid's position. "It's their right to make their feelings known, but most Nevadans agree with Senator Reid that it's time to change course in Iraq," he said.

Media Schadenfreude and Media Shenanigans PING
LOTS of article links and pretty pictures showing the DNC-Media deception at work. A rigged debate is a rigged election.
Remember the "Twenty-One Scandal" where the staff showed the contestants the questions prior to the broadcasts?
Anyone think that the Republican candidates will get this same "courtesy"?
