Looks like you need to read a little about Romney rather than reposting the worn out attacks.

Romney in approximately 1994 was very adamant about letting a women have the right to kill her unborn baby. He was running against Kennedy at the time. He had, what, at least 4 kids at this time? Most likely had seen the ultra sounds. Yet he still said it was ok to snuff them out, if a woman wanted to.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=cFMdK0TWtks
He can’t deny the words he spoke in the clip above.

Now when he runs in states outside of MA where there are substantial pro lifers, he is all of a sudden pro life.
It is political expediency.
For some that is ok. “We need to beat Hillary” is the battle cry.
What good does it do to beat Hillary (or Obama) when you give up your soul to do it?
Reagan never did this kind of junk, he changed parties but not principals.
Romney is no Reagan.

Reagan was pro abortion at one time. I agree with you that Romney is no Reagan. Who could be? He was unique in his time.

MICHAEL REAGAN

The son of President Reagan wrote the following in Human Events:

Some Republicans insist that the only perfect candidate would be a clone of my Dad, Ronald Reagan. Aside from the fact that there is no such thing, it’s important to recognize that Ronald Reagan, as he often admitted, was anything but perfect.

One of the criticisms about former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney focuses on his record concerning the abortion issue. We are told by the modern day Diogenes clones that he can’t be trusted to fight abortion because he once, more or less, supported a woman’s right to butcher her baby.

It may come as a surprise to these purists, but Ronald Reagan once supported abortion too. Yet nobody ever questioned his strong pro-life credentials after his conversion to Republicanism. They accepted his sincerity. Why can’t they accept Mitt Romney’s?

Romney’s record shows he should be totally acceptable to all conservatives, yet because of one dubious question concerning the validity of his conversion to the pro-life side, he is deemed unsuitable to carry the conservative banner.

Other than that, I guess Huckabee has a good chance in NH

Like him or not, Huckabee is the creation of leftwing media operatives, bent on causing splits in the GOP electorate. Anyone voting for Huckabee is doing the bidding of CNN et al.

Don't say you haven't been warned.

I do agree. Candidates on both sides have scary personas compared to Romney.

That’s not what the SurveyUSA state by state polling shows. Both Rudy and McCain beat Hillary in most of the battleground states-—but Romney gets crushed, as does Fred.

I expect Fred to take #3 in Iowa, maybe #3 in SC, possibly even #2. After that, he’s toast, I’m afraid. I can’t see where he can win a single primary.

Yes. It is disappointing that Duncan only gets 2% off the attention. He is not flashy just conservative and the strongest of them all on defense and border control. I thought that is what the country wanted?

Then he’ll drop out and his supporters will hold their noses and pull the levers for Mitt as the last resort to stop Rooty. Then Mitt will proceed to kill the Rooty candidacy in Florida.

anti-mormon bigotry

I am a conservative, evangelical Christian. I think Mormonism is a recently created religion that is not in the lineage of historic Christianity.

However, that has nothing to do with my low regard for Romney. (Although I agree with your current assessment of delegates, strength of organization, and cash.)

My concern is Romney's long record as a rino liberal and a conversion on a few principles that dates only to the beginning of this campaign for the presidency season.

That leaves Thompson, Huckabee, Hunter, and Tancredo.

If Hunter & Tancredo don't move in ONE WEEK, then conservatives should unite behind Thompson.

Bump.

It would seem that as Iowa caucus goers become more aware that Huck is an unabashed Christian socialist who wants to extort money from them to continue wasteful and inefficient government spending in the style of Lyndon Johnson's "Great Society" debacle, they are less likely to support him.

Don’t see that. FL will go for Rudy. No one is close. I’m thinking Huckabee or even Fred will end up a veep to Rudy.

Thanks, but no thanks. I only vote for conservatives.

I don’t agree with any of your political insights. Romney’s support will continue to grow.

From where? The GOP is a divided party now. All of the factions are at each other's throats. Romney is the odd man out here, sorry.

So have I and they were impressed by him! I'm sure anyone can find one who wasn't.
