Buy an AR and I can guarantee you will shoot the AR more than you will the other toys. The price of the ammo won’t have anything to do with it.

They are sweet....trying to find a 416HK upper that fell off a truck but they be scarce here in the world........my armorers see me coming they locak the safes and shut out the lights these days. I am on the hunt. Looked at a Bushmaster this PM that has the gas piston system. Haven’t read anything about it yet and not sure if it is a clone of the HK system or not . I suspect it is a copy of the AK system vs the HK.
The KAC Mk 11’s we have here are great. I want one as well.....
BTW Make sure ya give Trijicon Inc kudos for great service and products. Annie Barbara and Miles Waterman did me and my brother a great service by getting to ACOG’s out to us ASAP aka FAST ! We snagged the TA31 flavors that have the docter holo combo.
They are great folks there when given a kick start by good friends.....

How is this so very different from my Bushmaster Varminter? Other than the price being a couple of hundred cheaper.

Bushmaster and Remington are both owned by Cerberus, so it wouldn’t surprise me if this is really Bushmaster tech made by Remington.

BTW Make sure ya give Trijicon Inc kudos for great service and products A couple of my hand cannons have Trijicons...love 'em. My next rifle's gonna sport a Triji on top. The current AR's got an Aimpoint, mostly because Trijis simply weren't available. Wonder why that is?
Check six my friend.

I got the EMAIL yesterday and went to their site because it is easier to post with a source instead of from an EMAIL.

Buy an AR and I can guarantee you will shoot the AR more than you will the other toys. My AR is nice... but my 5.56x45 FS2000 is my "fun gun". :-)

I am on the hunt. Looked at a Bushmaster this PM that has the gas piston system. Havent read anything about it yet and not sure if it is a clone of the HK system or not . I suspect it is a copy of the AK system vs the HK. A few weeks back I had my pick of just about anything go-fast I wanted from a very nicely outfitted SpecOps arms room. I think the BMFIC was sort of disappointed that all I took/signed for was an old Ithaca M1911A1 and a newish M16A2, but everyone else had shorty M4 poodleshooters and shorter variants, and I figured somebody ought to have something for making longer-distance calls. They had some nice scopes, NODs and QwickieSites, too, but most of them took batteries, and the scope and mount I had with me didn't.
BTW, they didn't have a .450 Hornady/Bushmaster upper, or I'd have been carrying one of them, longer range be damned. And there'd have been a serious risk of them not getting it back.
