This guy proves that cod have been able to adapt to past climate extremes but concludes, based on nothing, they may not be able to adapt to a warmer future, a conclusion at variance with his findings? Seems like proof that the “climate change consensus” is more of a religion than a science.

"However this does not necessarily mean that cod will show the same resilience to the effects of future climatic changes due to global warming."
He covered both religions...Climate Change and Global Warming just to be safe.
