Since taking the majority, they have forced 40 votes on bills limiting President Bush’s war policy. Has it really been that many? Holy crap someone needs to put a nickel on the needle.

This vote was all for show to provide cover for Hillary. There was an editorial in the Seattle Times about how the Democrats were caught between a rock and a hard place because there far left base is demanding action on stopping the war and the rest of their voters want to see some kind of real action on domestic issues, including the budget. Edwards and Obama have been using this disconnect to accuse Hillary of not being strong enough to stand up to the Bush administration.
