The entire population of the world could comfortably fit into an area the size of Texas. Our immigration policy may not be strict enough, but it does not prohibit citizens, or potential citizens, from practicing the Muslim faith. It is this attribute of our country that causes many to want citizenship. Various types of Muslims may practice their faith here without fear of persecution from the government.

We declare outright in the Bill of Rights that we will not establish laws favoring one religion over another. We have the option of amending the Bill of Rights, but it would be difficult to single out one religion in particular as unworthy, and even more difficult to enforce.

Some will argue there is no peacable way to practice the Muslim faith; that it by definition calls for the overthrow of secular government. Some would argue the same regarding the Christian faith. Some in our country attempt to argue that Hitler practiced the Chritian faith.

Practioners of any religion who use their religion to overthrow the government “we the people” have established ought not be admitted into our country. Those present already ought to be imprisoned or deported.

When we allow millions of Muslims into the country we are creating a hiding place for the terrorists and their supporters. Anyone who is actually involved in terrorism or gives them money or gives them moral support is our enemy. Even if they have not acted on their hatred of us we do not want people in this country who harbor ill will toward us and would applaud the murder of Americans or the overturning of our constitutional government or the establishing of sharia law. Tolerance is not always a virtue, there is a limit to tolerance.

The term religious bigotry was used...when the Constitution was written, this was a Christian country with a small number of Jews as well, there were no Muslims in this country. I don’t think the Founding Fathers would have accepted millions of Muslims in our country. They would see the danger and they wouldn’t have had to wait till 3,000 Americans were slaughtered.
