Prove to me that street drugs aren't harmful? There is a hospital in Boston that hands out needles to drug addicts. After they use the needle its thrown on the ground in an area where children play.

Also tell me that getting high the minute a person wakes up in the morning as a parent isn't harmful to the well being of their child.

There is a difference between simple possession and deliberate action.
