The Left hates Bush. They will just hate the GOP nominee just as fiercely.

“Dick Cheney, who revealed his dumbfounding grasp of world affairs this month, when he told a Dallas audience that “the people of Peru deserve better” than to have Hugo Chávez as their leader, will doubtless still be urging Bush to unleash a WMD or two - at Iran, Iraq, who cares, as long as it demonstrates his manhood?”

Rarely has a dumber sentence been written. For one thing, I daresay Dick Cheney has forgotten more about world affairs than the twit who wrote this has ever known, or any of the Democratic candidates, a misspoken country not withstanding. Obviously Cheney knows Chavez is in charge of Venezuela. I love how an idiot like this will jump on one misspoken word to make a fool of someone. Meanwhile no doubt he still thinks Obama is brilliant who claimed 10,000 people died in a Kansas tornado when only 12 did or Hillary who says drivers licenses for illegals is a great idea and then 30 seconds later claims she never said that.

And by the way, this guy keeps talking about our using a WMD in Iran or Iraq. When has the administration used WMDs? Saddam on the other hand, no doubt a guy this writer defends, did. We’re not the ones who used WMD in Iraq. The guy this loser thinks should still be in charge of Iraq, once again, did.

So why would we need to use a WMD in Iran, and when have we proposed using one, unless they used one first? And why if that did happen does he think we shouldn’t respond in kind? I might add, the only president to have ever used WMD was a Democrat, Truman.

But suddenly, the end of one of the country's most disastrous presidencies no longer seems a distant dream

And yet when pressed for proof of such a disastrous presidency, they always come up factually emptyhanded.

I am undefeated in debating liberals who engage in Bush bashing and I stand ready to take on all comers. Thing is, I have facts and logic and employ critical thinking skills, while they do not.

Step forward 52-year-old Mike Huckabee, a former Arkansas governor and Baptist minister who was born in Hope, Arkansas (sound familiar?). A fiscal conservative [lol wut?] in the Reaganesque tradition [lol x 2], he likes to call himself (with some justification) "the conservative who is not mad at anybody". He says he is "not interested in being the candidate of Wall Street but of Main Street" and that it is simply "wrong" that CEOs "get paid 500 times what the average worker does" [no war but class war!].

In a field of flawed oddballs, above all, Huckabee emerges as a decent and likeable man. He is now quietly creeping ahead in the polls as the 2008 campaign's stealth candidate, and has probably already done enough to earn himself at least a shot at the vice-presidential nomination.

A ringing endorsement!

Geez, has this campaign been going on forever?

I hope I live to see the end of it. At my age, I don’t even buy green bananas anymore.

Incidently, if Hillary actually gets the nomination and wins the election,....I’m moving to France. I’ll be taking over the lease on Alec Baldwin’s chateau. Oh wait, he didn’t actually move to France did he?
