Great! There are hundreds of Vets Day parades in California.

I apologize...I didn't mean to sound snippy about California.

I guess as an Okie that did his civilian "tour of duty" in liberal
Los Angeles, I did get a bit tired of the significant level of contempt
for all things military as expressed in the area.

And the good stuff in CA does tend to fade into the background if
you're in places like LA. Or even worse "The Bay Area"!

Geographically California is mostly conservative, as is the whole USA.

We just aren’t “noisy” enough.

There’s a lot of us in the Bay Area and we are quite active.

Just a few weeks ago Move America Forward and some FR posters (myself included) infiltrated Berkeley with about 300 Patriotic Troop Supporters to show the Marine Recruiting Office they have support.

Code pink was there and got their...ahem..."lunch"...handed to them.
