There should also be a law that any company found hiring illegals should be closed immediately and the proceeds of the sale of that company/inventory would go to the U.S. Government. WITH NO APPEALING THE DECISION. Yes, I know this would hurt U.S. Citizens working for that/those companies in the beginning but let several of these places close and you would see employers NOT hiring illegals.

Hit the employers with a criminal charge of aiding and abetting or accessory to a crime, the crime being hiring illegals who broke the law by coming into our country illegally.
