Vanity: "Band of Bloggers" on The History Channel right now
The History Channel

There's an amazing program about soldiers blogging from Iraq on the History Channel right now. I've never started a thread, so I'm sorry if I am breaking any protocol. This show is just too good not to let other people know about it.

Sorry about the Vanity, but thought this would be of interest to most FReepers.

Mostly older stuff so far Air4brt, 2003-2004.
Lots of live action video and pictures from the time.

Saw parts of it. Was really great to see the soldiers having some fun and pulling pranks over there.
This would probably shock some Lefties, that they are normal fun loving people and not warmongers.
I'll catch the rest on one of the many rebroadcasts.

I loved it. I have been reading milblogs for a while now for the real story, since we can’t seem to get the media to report much of value.
Definitely worth watching.
