I hope this posting doesn’t reopen old wounds. I could not understand why the husband couldn’t have just let the parents care for Teri. But he didn’t.

I don’t think it is the business of the federal govt to get involved. I am sorry. That’s why we have state courts and the 10th amendment.

Conservatives cannot have it both ways. We cannot expect the govt to keep out of our wallets and then get involved with something as personal as this.

Don't be sorry. Stand by your principles. I share them.

You said — “I could not understand why the husband couldn’t have just let the parents care for Teri. But he didn’t.”

Well, wasn’t there an issue of money involved. And also, don’t you know that you “bury your mistakes”. You don’t let them live...

In order to get the money he had to kill the only witness. Just sayin

the federal government was right to get invovleved in ending slavery and should get invovlved if all else fails in ending the murder of an innocent person...Terri and the unborn too. The constitution proclaims the right to life...that is the basic responsibility of government, federal or not.

Where you're mistaken is that you think all so-called conservatives want less government. Look at the wording of this past poll very closely...now look at the results of the poll! In my opinion, it is sickening.
