To believe Giuliani would nominate judges opposed to Roe when he has been and continues to be rabidly in favor of abortion rights makes you dangerously delusional. And, never mind, he appointed liberal judges by an 8-1 margin in New York.

Congress has the constitutional right to remove ANY issue from the perview of the courts at will, period. And it never happened, and never will happen.
Rudy has stated he’ll nominate construtionalists, that’s hardly an advocation of radical abortion activist judges... Hitlery has said without apology no judge who does not support a womans right to commit infanticide with a doctors aid will be nominated. So, please explain to me how these are the same?
