I saw Jack Cashill on C-Span over the weekend. I forgot to post the story then. I remember seeing the video at the time and later being told it was an optical illusion. Topping it off was the unlikely explanation that it was caused by a faulty design in the fuel tanks that never happened before, and that the fuel tanks needed to be redesigned, IIRC.
It has already been established that tests in the area were being conducted by the military; so a video of evidence of it 5 days before the 747 crash is perfectly consistent and totally irrelevant.
Or did I miss something here?

It was never mentioned again....kind of like when that USAir plane went down with our entire Energy Department executives on it (during Clintoon's administration) and the first thing out of their lying mouths was that it wasn't a bomb, even though that hadn't been investigated yet.

Amazing how none of the planes with these supposed faulty fuel tanks were ever grounded. The news media following the refitting of these planes would be a major media event. Interviews with passengers complaining of increased air fares due to higher demand for the fewer remaining seats while these planes are out of service would have been plastered on the tube for months.

Having been to mines and demolition school,returning to my home battalion,and having the fun job of training all inclusive in the techniques of said training,[approx 450 men],I,as many,could not believe the crap the Govt.tried and accomplished,to make the people believe that there was a spark between fuel tanks that sent all those people down.
I will not and never will believe that no matter what.
What is sad,is our Govt.is sad in more ways than one.God help us in 2008.

The first announcement I saw of TWA 800 was a bulletin on CBS. It said that the Pentagon was reporting...... I don’t ever remember the first report of a civilian aircraft disaster coming from the Pentagon. Neither CBS nor any other network ever cited the Pentagon again.

As far as muzzies and MANPADS? For many years DHS has been going to LEO get-togethers and showing them what the various parts of MANPADS look like so they can identify the parts if they see them. It's a certainty that the muzzies with the help of S. American gangs such as MS-13 have been smuggling MANPADS in to the US for years now. Considering that the kill zone for those damn things is 40 miles around an airport and that they can be taken out of the back of a car trunk and shot don't be surprised when one day a lot of US commercial aircraft get shot out of the sky at about the same time.
