>So is it a consensus among the group that Rusty sucks as an announcer?<
I’m not sure but I think I called Glock Rocks when Rusty first started announcing and gave him my opinion about the mans announcing skills. Brad whatever his name is doesn’t impress me neither. I think I understand why he is an ex car owner.

Dr Jerry Punch is still good. Rusty sounds like something out of a San Francisco bath house horror movie, compared.
Bring back McReynolds! Or Ned ... or Bennie... or Neil or... sigh.

It’s too late, I can’t get excited about them now...it would be wrong.
So, what does Jeff have to do at Homestead to win the Crown?
How low does JJ have to be? Does Jeff have to win? You know all this stuff by heart!

Lessee; JJ is 86 points and 4 wins ahead, so Jeff would have to finish 87 points ahead of JJ on the track. Three quick scenarios:
Jeff wins and leads the most laps: JJ would need to finish no better than 19th with no laps led or 20th with at least 1 lap led.
Jeff wins, but does not lead the most laps: JJ would need to finish no better than 20th with no laps led, 22nd with laps led but not the most, or 24th with the most laps led.
JJ crashes out in 43rd without leading a lap: Jeff would need to finish no worse than 14th with no laps led, 15th with laps led but not the most, or 17th with the most laps led.

Finally got the net back.
Jeff basically threw in the towel after the race. Said the only way he could win it is if JJ had problems in Homestead. He didn't really want to win it that way, but would take it.
Still standing with 4 championships with 2 coulda, woulda, shoulda, but that sh*t don't count.

Heck, Kenseth started off the Chase with 4 races of sub-30 finishes. There’s still plenty of scenarios for Jeff.

That's not just a lot of what ifs, that's all of them.
No problems noted here now, though Michelle Malkin's site was down earlier today due to a power outage.

Very interesting. If you're using broadband, you could try rebooting the modem. If you're still using dial-up, try reconnecting.
Other than that, I have no ideas for you.

I use Suddenlink cable so I rebooted the modem. The problem is with them I’m sure as they have had server troubles since they bought out Cox Cable. I think their server farm is in Texas and I am in Eureka Ca.
oh ya...the first plug I pulled killed my confuser. I really need to color code the pile of wires back there...
