ABC News' Jan Simmonds reports: With an Elvis impersonator crooning just two floors below him, Rudy Giuliani, R-N.Y., took aim on Friday at both Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
Speaking at a town hall in Berlin, New Hampshire, Giuliani first set his sights on Hillary Clinton and used humor to answer a question about Clinton's much analyzed debate response on whether she supported a plan to grant driver's licenses to illegal aliens in New York state.
"Oh gee I can't figure out what to think," said Giuliani satirizing Clinton.
"Don't pick on me by asking that question. That's a gotcha question. Do not pick on me for asking that question. Now let me see what I think
. Let me see
First put up your hands and tell me what you think. Then I'll tell you what I think. Are you for it or against it? Ok, you're not gonna tell me. So I'm for it, for it. I am against it. I'm for it and against it. And I wanna be your president."

I don’t have any evidence for this, but my guess is that every time Rudy attacks Hillary, his numbers go up a notch. Yes, he’s a liberal RINO, but there are a lot of Republicans out there who perceive him as a fighter, and they love it.
What's your definition of a "liberal RINO"?
I'm trying to understand the term...because there seems to be many variations.
Thanks.
If, as you imply, most republicans are not conservatives, i.e. liberals, why should I as a conservative give a rip what happens to the Republican party? Before you use the usual - then the democrats win - I think liberal republicans are just as bad for the country as liberal democrats.
Well, it seems he had head just about everywhere else...
Rudy Giuliani is the liberal RINO. McCain is just a RINO, but his past lackluster performance of campaign finance reform and the “gang of 14” has turned off the conservative wing from supporting him.
I don’t understand your logic. If the conservatives are so upset why is he leading in the polls of conservatives. I’m for Fred but I can’t ignore any candidate who attracts the attention that Rudy has. If you can’t support Rudy that’s fine, but I’m not going to turn my back on the rest of our party by sitting at home and giving it to the Democrats. I’m pretty sick of this true conservative BS. Rudy sure as hell won’t be the first Republican president that is not as conservative as I would prefer, Nixon,Ford,Bush 1,Bush 2. but he sure the hell beats any Democrat I can think of.

Perhaps a better definition of a RINO are those who violate the GOP’s platform planks such as being pro-abortion or anti-2nd Amendment, and currently on the wrong side of the illegal immigration issue.
The GOP leadership has made a serious miscalculation in assuming we would march lockstep and allow the illegals amnesty.
LOL! Now we know where the pod people lurk. Good thing she only gets one vote out of 120 million or so.
"O-o-o-o doggy, that feels s-o-o-o-o good.
Howz about coming up to my place later?
I'm in the mood for a threesome with Jooty."
Thanks. Appreciate your answer.
Rudy may lead now in some polls, but it is proven that as people discover his pro-abortion, gun-grabbing anti-2nd Amendment positions, they turn against him. It will take a few more weeks to reveal his weaknesses. The pro-life organizations will carry out a major assault on Rudy Giuliani.
And the NRA hasn’t even begun spending against Giuliani!
So with all that analysis in post 13, how many electoral votes does all that turn into?
I agree. On target well-done parody puts people in a receptive state of mind, followed by a serious counterpoint for them to consider. Beats the hell out of pontificating as a persuasive message.
Rudy cannot win 270 electoral votes without carrying much of the Midwest, Rocky Mountain states, and the South. Those in that "L" shaped geography have been required to win Presidential elections in recent history. Take a look at how unpopular Rudy is in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. He cannot shake the abortion issue in the Bible Belt, and he cannot shake the anti-2nd Amendment issue in the Midwest, Rocky Mountain States, or the South.
The single biggest issue is illegal immigration. When the voting begins, watch the voter backlash. If you think the flood of emails, letters, faxes and phone calls to the Senate and House were effective, wait until those same people toss pro-amnesty candidates under the bus.
Rooty has no choice but to come out a run against Hillery.
He has such a pathetic liberal record. He is not a conservative. He cannot attack the other candidates because they might come back with the truth about him.
This is where the other guys need to stick it to him. Start making him answer questions abot marching in gay parades with the NAMBLA banner flying behind him.
There is so much info when talking about Rooty. I look to see this happen in the next debate, I hope.
Rudy has been in the limelight for decades, all that stuff is known and he still polls high. He’s not my guy but the alternative is a hell of a lot worse.
You need to understand that us "right-wing" conservatives only make up a part of the GOP base. Libertarians and free-market independents will oppose Rudy too, because he's an authoritarian.
Rudy's nominated = 3rd party
