Easy to say when you're elsewhere (Dubai in his case).
I saw on another thread that he was in Saudi Arabia.
your neighboring country with whom you've been at war like 4 times in the past half-century, which now has about 100 atomic bombs, declares a state of emergency, and mainly you're worried about whether the Indo-Pak test match will go forward. ;)
LOL! The Pakis are also pretty good at cricket too, I hear. Must have been the British influence in India.

I saw on another thread that he was in Saudi Arabia. You're right, just got back from dinner to check the latest and they mentioned it. I thought I had heard him say he was in Dubai when they interviewed him earlier today.
Still, I don't think it made him look very good - he calls for revolution from a safe distance, while Benazir goes back and criticizes from ground zero. OTOH maybe she's done her deal with Musharraf and knows she can get away with it. ;)
The $64K question is how strongly the islamicists react and whether Musharraf will really get a handle on them, particularly in NWFP. We'll see in the coming days.
