Hasn’t changed. International Drivers licenses are still normal. They are recognized here in the US too, to the best of my recollection.
Is there a way to find out if they had ever cast a vote?
Several of the hijackers had VA driver’s licenses. When you get a VA driver’s license, there’s a checkoff for registration and/or you can register simultaneously with obtaining your license (I was registered to vote long before this became the practice, so it wasn’t relevant and can’t remember the details).
HOWEVER, also in VA you have to show photo ID each and every time you vote. Alas, with a valid driver’s license the VA licensed hijackers could have voted here.
That's not the point. Once the illegals "come out of the shadows" by essentially registering as illegals, they are vulnerable to future actions. The times they are a changing" as the public is now becoming more aware of and incensed by this issue. If 72% of New Yorkers, a very blue state, are against it, elected officials need to be concerned.
