Purely for the benefit of the Carbon Credits Cap and Trade Market, pushed by manufacturers who will reap billions with the phony “Global Warming” facade.
To: pissant
The bill calls for setting limits on carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases that are emitted from power plants, refineries, factories and motor fuels. Polluters could exceed the limits by buying credits from companies whose emissions are under their allowable ceiling. I am 1,000,000 tons below the allowable ceilings. Send money to:

I was going through the senate bills looking to see if they’ve given lost a bill number. I was shocked at all the bills that were there that covered global warming and emissions control and a myriad of others on the same subject.

Why do politicians, who, for the most part have avoided total failure, suddenly commit suicide?
It's as if these people operate in a time warp. Doesn't he realize that "global warming" is a scam?
The only other explanation for Liberman to turn around and fall on his sword is that he has been bought off by the Gore global carbon credit scam.

the moment at which the United States finally began a serious fight against the threat Why did we the residents of planet earth decide we needed to do something about something that we can't do anything about even if it is happening which it might be or might not.

If the U.S. economy is not yet in recession this bill could be the tipping point.

"Why did we the residents of planet earth decide we needed to do something about something that we can't do anything about even if it is happening which it might be or might not." I don't know. Probably because people are generally stupid, and can't be bothered to take a little time and learn about the subject. It would cut into their internet porn (and pedophilia) surfing time. Besides, being socialists, they figure the government knows best and will take care of everything for them, just take the money off their paycheck.

Global warming is the biggest, most farcical lie ever perpetuated by man next to "Islam is a religion of peace".

Wonder what forest fires contribute to global warming. We KNOW they destroy homes and animals and people...but God forbid....logging or cleaning scrub...or putting in good roads and fire trails.
No freakin' common sense anymore.

Time to call some RINOS Senators and remind them they work for the American people.

Current 3.9% growth... 49 months of steady job growth... economy growing for many, many quarters... and recession is two consecutive quarters of negative growth. Recession is like Relativity... one cannot redefine it at will.
