Has the internet jihad against FR started?
10/31/2007 | Philistone

Posted on 10/31/2007 9:52:42 AM PDT by Philistone

A thread yesterday talked about how the jihadis were going to attack websites of those who stood in the way of jihad.

FR was mentioned.

This morning, I'm starting to get a lot of "502" errors here.

If I find the link from yesterday I'll post it below.

Anyone else having this problem?

After further research:

We are hearing everyday about Islamofascists threatening the infidels to convert to Islam or die, the statement becomes:

I will not convert to Islam or I will not become a Moslem.

Arabic meaning of sentences depends on the context or subjects. A sentence could convey different meanings depending on a variety of subjects.

I believe this is the correct statement for the prevailing context.

Regards

That's so 7th century. Just the sort of language you need for the prcise communication a high tech society requires.

You're welcome.

LOL! You're right, this is why students in Arab countries learn Medicine, Engineering, Science, High Tech, etc in English, French or German (rare).

Arabic is a very rich and difficult language. Just to give you an example :

Count how many combinations of tenses and forms there are for verb "to be". I counted in the high teens or low twenties. Maybe I'm wrong; however, it can't approach the opposite number for an Arabic verb!

Are you ready? SURE???

Three hundred fifty (350) combinations of tenses and forms!! I bet you, only Arabic scholars, who know nothing in their lives but Arabic, would know such huge numbers!!

I thought this is good for a laugh. LOL
