Anyone who doesn’t think this spam campaign is not coming from the Clinton Chinese Mafia War Room is either a Dope or a Dupe. They need a Ross Perot and he is no Ross Perot.

Yeah, those knuckle-draggin' gun-totin' militia-types also have some real nuts with them, too. ...and they support the Constitution, too!
Have to wonder about those Founding Fathers who would have such nuts supporting them!

There is a difference between a tough but normal American exercising their right to bear arms and a paranoid and/or racist nut job.
I highly doubt the founders counted the latter among their peer group.

Re-read what I wrote.
I pointed out that nuts associate with the tough-but-normal Americans. Does that mean we should scrap the Second Amendment because there are nuts who follow it along with the tough-but-normal types? Should we consider the Founding Fathers kooks because some of their followers are?
The Left would love us to use that logic.

This is a discrediting campaign against Paul.
To: The Pack Knight
More so than 80% of the RINO’s currently vying for the top slot. Where do you think his “no entangling alliances” rhetoric comes from?

Gee... ya' think? Some, not all, of the guys stances make the rest of the GOP look like left-leaning bigger government socialists.
Of course they have a need to discredit him.
Still, I think Paul is dead wrong on the war against Islamic extremism and is therefore unelectable. My two centavos...

Ron Paul spammers have rendered the post-Republican debate polling process even more meaningless than it already is You could only vote once in those post-debate polls. A message even pops up saying you've already voted.
I don't think Paul supporters are crazy enough to buy 1,000 disposable Tracfones for the sole purpose of spamming a poll.

Check out this post out from the RP website I found: Ooooh, you really got something there Bob Woodward.
If you can produce evidence that Paul's official campaign is behind this, please let me know.
Until then, lone wackos working on their own (Paul's campaign has denounced this, BTW) doesn't mean anything.
You guys are desperate, pure butt-naked desperation on display here.
To: Dead Corpse
It's not too hard to have people send these messages out from rival campaigns. Besides, think about it. Why would Paul supporters, who already have the largest online presence of the candidates, engage in sending out spam? It's in the MSM even that Paul has a huge internet following, so people will just go online on their own.
Like I said, desperate times calls for desperate measures, particularly for the other candidates who's support is stagnating while Paul is climbing in both fundraising & grassroots support. I bet when Paul rakes in over $10 million for his money bomb tomorrow FReepers will just say that bots spammed the same $100 bill ROFL

Someone on MySpace got my page from a friend who is a "MySpace friend" with Paul's online campaign. Guy sent me a message about some fundraising thing and that he was not directly affiliated with the Paul Campaign.
Told him to piss off. Congress critters get entirely too much of my money already.

Ok, I reread it, I think I now see your point.
Now, where have I said anything about scrapping the 2nd?
I am a little to vested in firearms to do such a thing...

You don’t need to buy trackphones. There are several online text messaging services that will send text messages to given numbers. Because it is an online service, it doesn’t use a number that bumps back the message. Look on RonPaulForums, several people have described the service their meetup uses. One said they can buy 1000 messages for about a hundred bucks.

No, it’s not.
Paul is doing that all on his own.
With the help of his silly “friends”...

"Where do you think his 'no entangling alliances' rhetoric comes from?"It doesn't come from the original text of the Constitution, or from the writings and debates associated with the drafting and ratification of the Constitution, so I'm fuzzy on why it's relevant to the concept of "originalism." Why, where do you think it comes from?

"Observe good faith and justice toward all nations. Cultivate peace and harmony with all... The Nation which indulges toward another an habitual hatred or an habitual fondness is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duty and its interest ... Tis our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances, with any portion of the foreign world." - George Washington, Farewell Address, 17 Sept. 1796.
"Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations - entangling alliances with none." - Thomas Jefferson, 1801 inaugural address.
But hey... what the hell did they know...
