Makes sense to me. I don’t have the technical know-how to do it, but plenty of people do.
As for the counterargument, that we should leave them up so the intelligence agencies can monitor them, I think that’s less than sensible.
In the first place, they are recruiting, spreading hate, and doing a lot of damage while the FBI “monitors” them. In return, the FBI gets a few names to add to their lists, but they can’t usually do anything. So the damage is probably worse than the indirect benefits.
In the second place, there will still be more than enough sites to monitor, and more names to gather than they can possibly deal with—especially since there is not much will in this country to deal with it.
