Not unless said dog has hooves, chews its cud, and has been traditionally eaten by the Jewish people of the area.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with eating dog but grabbing strays in the neighborhood you’re probably eating someone’s pet. The cousin told them that they should go to the shelter and get dogs that were going to die anyway.
I’ve never willingly or knowingly eaten dog or cat although I used to eat in a little Mexican border town quite regularly and everyone said they used dog meat. They were good tacos.
I’m not saying a word, we have butchered our own in the past, not in a car trunk but we did it at home.
Sure, but did you serve it in your restaurant? The health department frowns on that.
“Ill have the Golden Retriever, sauteed with garlic and served with a lemon butter sauce, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes, please.”
Poodle appetizers anyone?
Because it's un-American and a disgusting habit of primitive-assed loathsome little cultures where they eat pets.
That's why we conservatives are against 'multi-culturalism': Because it inevitably leads to dog eating, voodoo, baby rape, and throwing acid in women's faces for disobeying the patriarch of the family. People that wish to do these things should stay in their own fetid cesspool of filth rather than coming into my country.
Don't you agree? I thought you were for 'traditional moral values' like it says in your signature string.
I sincerely hope that was sarcasm.
People in "your country" were eating dogs before it ever was "your country".
Dog meat, properly prepared, is no different from any other meat.
The problem is that you've been taught from infancy that a dog is "the family pet" or "man's best friend".
What have you to say to the people of India about your eating cows?
I'm not advocating the eating of dogs, even though I have eaten dog meat in a different country, I'm just saying that it's not "evil".
Disgusting?
If hungry enough you’d eat my left leg there pal.
Ask the Donner party.
One of my early childhood memories is of my great grandmother, hearing we found a snapping turtle, grabbing a stick and her hatchet. She got the turtle to bite the stick then chopped off the head with the hatchet. She then grabbed it by the tail and let the blood drain. Then the whole thing went into the kitchen to be served that night for dinner. Apparently, she was fond of turtle soup, my father related his early childhood memory of her doing the same thing when he was a kid.
A little hound dog sticking to the spoon....
