A 20-year-old man died Sunday afternoon after being ejected from the bed of the truck as it rolled twice one mile south of Rachal in Brooks County.
Miguel Angel Suarez, 20, of San Miguelito in Querétaro, Mexico, was among 12 undocumented immigrants traveling in the bed of a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup about 2 p.m. as it traveled eastbound on County Road 307 at a high rate of speed.
The driver lost control of the vehicle after hitting loose gravel, causing the vehicle to veer off into a ditch. The pickup struck a fence line and rolled twice, ejecting the 12 passengers from the bed of the truck.
The driver fled from the accident at mile marker 734. Suarez was pronounced dead at 3:20 p.m.
The passengers were transported to area hospitals.

The coyote murderer fled from the accident and 11 illegal aliens were transported to area hospitals. The pickup was probably stolen!
Build the fence!

Having a hard time feeling bad for them.

If he wasn’t doing something criminal in the first place in being in a nation that he wasn’t legally permitted to be in, he’d still be alive today. Prayers for a misguided soul.

The real novelty here is that they didn’t kill innocent US citizens in some racing/ DUI/Wrong way etc.. accident, this time.US citizens have borne the brunt of illegals on our roads for to long.

This lawless chaos is happening almost every day. Thanks Bush.
This little incident should only cost the Texas taxpayer about 30 million, with endless long term care etc etc....

I am starting to think that we should just charge them to enter the USA. They pay the coyotes, why not just charge at the border and be done with it? Pay down (part) of the debt, and they can then go home, so they won’t try to stay permanent> thoughts?

I feel bad because they were brought to American hospitals and American will pay the bill. At the very least the bill should be sent to Mexico. Better yet, just stuff the aliens in the back of a truck and dump them on their side of the border where they surely will receive the proper care.

“The passengers were transported to area hospitals.”I’m all out of sympathy for illegal aliens.I’ll bet that will add up to quite a bill.Who pays for the treatment? The hospital?Taxpayers?
