House arrest is perfect. Now we can send one 500-pound JDAM right through the middle of that home. It would be a very easy mission.

Yeah...according to news reports he is celebrating this evening. Several goats have been slaughtered in his honor.

We should also target the judges who let him go.

But a Yemeni government official who asked not to be identified said the militant remained "under close scrutiny and control of the security forces."So, does that simply mean that he will be closely supervised when he does the planning or actually perpetrates his next act of terror?

Yemen: Should be ground zero.
I still favor the “green glowing glass-bottomed parking lot” solution to the muslim problem.

He can spend the rest of his (hopefully short) life looking over his shoulder for a Predator-launched HellFire missile.

If that murdering bastard is not turned over to the United States, Yemen should become the world’s first glass parking lot!

My guess is that this terrorist scum is not long for this world, one way or the other, whatever deal he may have cut with the Yemeni government.

We had known for years that Aden was the regional hotbed for terrorism, yet SOMEONE made the decision to have U.S. warships put into Aden to take on water. A short distance away is Djibouti, an excellent and well-protected harbor where U.S. warships HAD put in. I wouldn't like to be holding this guy's insurance policy.

["Badawi, whose death sentence had been commuted to 15 years in prison, is one of 23 inmates who escaped from a jail in the Yemeni capital Sanaa. He turned himself in about two weeks ago. "]
So, he was sentenced to death, which was commuted to 15 years in prison, and now reduced to house arrest? Soon to be five minutes in "the comfy chair"?
I thought Johnny Cochran was dead.

We had known for years that Aden was the regional hotbed for terrorism, yet SOMEONE made the decision to have U.S. warships put into Aden to take on water. The captain of the USS Cole was interviewed on Fox tonight. He said that some day the truth about the incident would come out.
IIRC, he was ordered to refuel in Yemen to show that they were not a threat to us....by the 90's Kumbaya administration.
