If it was a conservative organization suing, this school would be ignoring them.
Got the impression that the NCAA, not the Sioux tribal councils initiated this action.
Seems fair that they should control the use of their own name.
I hope the Sioux tribes will allow the continued use of their name, and that the school treats it with respect.
