Blanco is not fooling anyone, at least anyone who votes in Louisiana. If what she says is true, there's no way Bobby Jindal would have won a 13-candidate race with 52% of the vote. The people of Louisiana voted against her singular failures as much as anything else, epsecially in light of the fact that Bobby made those failures a part of his campaign.

Of course, note how the driveby media carries her water:

As the California wildfires continued to rage Thursday, so too did the political feud between President Bush and Gov. Kathleen Blanco that has smoldered since the federal government's slow response to Hurricane Katrina.

Clearly they're calling it "Bush's Fault" in the opening line.
