Accident of fortune. Bridges sometimes collapse. Bringing a claim of negligence against the State for a bridge that had stood for over 40 years would require extra-ordinary proof.

This is just more voting buying and pandering by the DFL.

No it wouldn’t bridges are inspected and certified routinely, its not remotely a stretch to find negligence in this case. Accidents do happen, but for this to have happened, required a string of negligence.
