Vincent and Pauline Matherick are devoted foster parents and have cared for almost 30 children throughout the years. Now the British government is taking away their current foster son because the Mathericks refuse to sign new sexual equality regulations.

The couple does not want to sign it because it goes against their Christian faith.
The British government feels that the boy will better taken care of by a government hostel than staying with the Mathericks ... simply because they refuse to teach their child about homosexuality.
Earlier in the year, the County Council's social services department asked the Mathericks to sign a contract, which would implement Labour's new Sexual Orientation Regulations. These regulations are apparently part of the Equality Act of 2006, which makes discrimination on the grounds of sexuality illegal.
The government told the couple that the new regulations require parents to discuss same-sex relationships with children as young as 11, and they are to tell children that gay partnerships are just as acceptable as heterosexual marriages. Regulations could also require parents to take teenagers to gay association meetings.
Now look, folks. I don't care if you're gay, green, Wiccan or what have you. But the fact that the government is going to require parents to teach their kids about anything is absurd.

I’m glad my kids are older and don’t have to deal with this crap in school, believe me, I would be in jail for things I would do if my kids were exposed to this crap in school......
I will never go to this country. The nasty secret is they are losing lots of their own population - they’re leaving because of extremely high (and increasing) taxes and laws that are just there to fine people and turn them into criminals, and the whole damn place is becoming one big police state. But they are trying to hide that so many of their citizens are leaving the country because of the above insanities.
I shoulld add that they’ve also disarmed the population and they prosecute and jail people for shooting burglars, like the burglars have more rights than the homeowners or business owners do. they lock up people trying to defend themselves and their property. And let’s not forget all the people dying because they are on waiting lists for their socialistic NHS health care.
They fined a guy for taking his home garbage and putting it in a wastebin on the street, because they cut home garbage pickup to once every two weeks. He runs out of space in his regular bin and puts it out there, and gets fined.
England is really a forked up country. It’s scary to see what is going on. They are not a Christian country anymore and just a secular socialist country, and it is scary to see what happens to such a country when a shift like this occurs. Must’ve been what it was like for the real German Christians who weren’t enamored with the Nazis.

I don’t know. Socialism doesn’t work well with a strong religion/theocracy. Especially when BOTH want to be in charge. They aren’t afraid of Christians, they are afraid of radical muslims. I don’t think they will willingly turn over and become a muslim country. It will mean the socialist structure has to be destroyed to make this work. And that’s a pretty embedded and dug-in system there.

To whom are the socialists going to turn in a fight/civil war with the Islamists? They have disarmed, securlarized, and socialized their population to the point that they are sheeple. Their military is having serious issues, and while they may be strong, they won't be able to supress a full scale uprising -- not without leveling their own cities. On top of that, the ruling elites still see Evil Christians like those Evil Christian Conservative Americans (booga booga!) as more of a threat than the Islamists.
In other words, in that fight, I'd have to put my money on the Islamists. I'm not the only one who is thinking this way. Read Eurabia and America Alone for starters...
So sign the agreement and teach about homosexuality from their Christian teachings.
