White House warns 'gay' plan unconstitutional [ENDA - H.R.3685]
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | 24 Oct 2007 | Staff W. Riter

"The bill raises concerns on constitutional and policy grounds, and if H.R. 3685 were presented to the president, his senior advisers would recommend that he veto the bill," the White House said. "H.R. 3685 is inconsistent with the right to the free exercise of religion as codified by Congress in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). The Act prohibits the federal government from substantially burdening the free exercise of religion except for compelling reasons, and then only in the least restrictive manner possible.

"H.R. 3685 does not meet this standard. For instance, schools that are owned by or directed toward a particular religion are exempted by the bill; but those that emphasize religious principles broadly will find their religious liberties burdened by H.R. 3685," the White House said.

"A second concern is H.R. 3685's authorization of federal civil damage actions against state entities, which may violate states' immunity under the Eleventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The bill turns on imprecise and subjective terms that would make interpretation, compliance, and enforcement extremely difficult. For instance, the bill establishes liability for acting on 'perceived' sexual orientation, or 'association' with individuals of a particular sexual orientation. If passed, H.R. 3685 is virtually certain to encourage burdensome litigation beyond the cases that the bill is intended to reach," the White House said.

Why it’s only a Bill extending “Tolerance” to the most INTOLERANT, self appointed pack of Jackals in our Universe.

Absolute Tolerance is all CONSUMING.

Where did this come from? How absolutely scary is this? A deliberate attempt to compel moral acceptance of behavior by force of the state. That is, if I hold that homosexual behavior is sinful and somehow I offend a homosexual (even inadvertantly) then the full force of the state can come to bear upon me. Wow. Talk about the brown-shirt homosexual nazis.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

No never this is what their yukky agenda has been about all along making homosexuality a protected class. You already probably can’t fire somebody for being gay in most jobs, not all, what more do they want? They can’t probably be denied housing. This bill is bad law. Poorly drafted, impossible to administer and would result in all sorts of problems.

Next step is abolishing the idea of two parent families, they will become three parent families, or four, and demand state acceptance and support and health insurance, the limitations on the age of consensual sex soon after that for perverted actions.

Already in the playbook....

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

The next time there is a Democrat President and a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress, this probably will become the law of the land...as early as 2009.

Or Hillary's "village" family. I guess that makes our family "Village People".

While I'm sure they would have lost me somewhere between 1 and 25, I will personally never advance past #26. I absolutely refuse to accept this lifestyle choice as "normal", regardless of what contrived labels they apply to me and people who agree with me as a consequence.

They need to be accurate. Call it homorevulsia. Don't tell me I'm "fearful".

IT is worse than anyone has even thought!! It has to do with more than the religious discrimination! The APA dictates law as to what is undefined or unspecified in these bills. This bill and others like it do not detail the terms “sexual orientation” or “perceived sexual orientation” and it is not listed intentionally. It can mean any of the things listed on the APA’s list of sexual orientations. Take a look at that list, warning, graphic!

Our Minister is telling us that the bill would require junior high schools to allow transexuals into the boys locker room. He mentioned some other things, but this really burned me up so much that I couldn’t see straight. I am calling every elected official I know and demaninding that this insane homosexual special rights legislation be stopped.
