The US Government has failed to address escalating Latino-on-Latino (gang hate), Black-on-Black (gang hate), Black-on-Latino (gang hate) and Latino-on-Black (gang hate) hate crimes. (one has to exclude black-on-white due to self-incrimination of the 21st Century Civil Rights Movement)
not the Jena Fraud again!! someone needs to link the Christian Science Monitor article
Now, I agree that these nooses will be seen as offensive by many. But the liklihood of someone taking offense hasn't stopped courts from defending as "free speech" the "piss christ", flag burning, denigrating of Christian beliefs, and other acts that are patently offensive as well.
What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
Unless there was an attempt to put someone's neck in the noose, I don't see what crime was committed, even if "hate" did indeed contribute to the display.
If the position is that the Left does not express hate, that's simply fantasy. The hate of the left is legendary, and extraordinarily vicious and unrestrained.
The left is more likely to see their own hate as authentic and therefore justified.
That's why the Left sees NO inconsistency in loudly decrying the noose, but quietly accepting the vicious racially motivated six-on-one gang beating - certainly a "hate crime" by any rational standard.
Now if the federal government wants to procsecute a "hate crime" this beating is a perfect opportunity. This was a racially motivated, hate-filled, vicious attempt to intimidate and suppress free speech.
That's just what the federal hate crimes legislation was created for.
That must take a powerful amount of hate!
Well perfect timing.
They won’t get any media attn/coverage as all America is Praying and staying focused on California.
A lot of hate crimes today are silly, A lot have no idea what a hate crime is.
