So, within three days, at four major fire stations, the same activity is reported and the Commander at the threat assessment group says they are not considering them relted?

ANyhow...I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that they are related. There is a continuous "casing" and checking of infrastructure that is going on around the country IMHO. From those recon missions (if you will) our enemies will pick targets and will one day act on them. All the more reason to continue aggressively taking the fight to them.
