There was a case in Boston several years ago where firefighters were accused of arson, and I believe convicted. It was in the Readville section of town. I did a quick Google search without finding an affirmation of this item.

How about Terry Barton, who is still in prison for Colorado’s Hayman fire. Oh, and the wildland firefighter who told me that because their contractor bosses live on summer overtime.

There was a conviction in one of the fires in the Sierra
about 10 years back or so... seems the local heavy equipment
owners involved liked the CDF contracts that come with wildland fires...
