14th amendment
It seems to me that in the case of a public high school to which children are compelled on pain of incarceration to attend cannot deprive the students of their "liberty" without at least doing so with "due process of law. "Surely, locking children in a room deprives them of their liberty. And surely, no due process of law has been observed.

Those under age of 21 are treated as third class citizens. It is the only group in the US who have no rights, only responsibilities.
Once “locked” in their prison/schools ALL of their First Amendment rights are violated as well.
1) They are told to shut up for most of the day.
2) They are ordered by the state to associate only with people of the state’s choosing.
3) They can not publish freely.
4) They are forbidden to express their religion during their school prison time.
5) They are subjected to the government sponsored religion of Secular Humanism. Since there is no such thing as a religiously neutral education, the government WILL establish the religion of some and destroy the religion of others.
If the parent or child objects, armed police will force attendance, remove the child to foster care, or imprison the parents or child.
If a citizen refuses to pay for this abomination, he will have his home or business sold at sheriffs action.
